How this calculator works
We take your current weight, then subtract a realistic cut amount based on (1) how much you've said you're willing to cut and (2) a safety cap based on your build. A slimmer fighter has less to lose; a muscular fighter can drop a few extra pounds of water safely. The resulting "fight weight" is matched to the lowest UFC class where you'd be eligible — which is usually how real fighters pick their division.
The output isn't medical advice. Serious weight cuts should always be supervised by a coach and ideally a nutritionist. Cuts beyond 8% of body weight in fight week are dangerous without professional support.
